Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ryvon AI at app.ryvon.ai ("the Service"), operated by the Ryvon AI team ("Ryvon", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ryvon is an AI platform for chat, workflow automation, and AI-driven voice calling. It can, at your instruction, connect to third-party accounts you authorize (such as Google, Slack, or HubSpot) and take actions on your behalf through those connections, run automated workflows, and place or receive phone calls through connected telephony and voice providers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Guest accounts are provided for evaluation and may be limited or removed at any time.

3. Connected accounts and your authorization

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Ryvon to access it only to the extent of the permissions you grant, and only to carry out the actions you request directly or configure into a workflow. You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account, which also deletes its stored credentials. You are responsible for the workflows and automations you configure, including any messages sent, records created, or calls placed through a connected account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, or violate the terms of any third-party service you connect through Ryvon;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or make unsolicited calls;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that is not yours;
• reverse-engineer the Service or interfere with its normal operation.

5. AI-generated output

Ryvon uses third-party AI models to generate responses, draft content, and decide workflow actions. AI-generated output can be incorrect or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing anything Ryvon produces or sends before relying on it, especially communications sent to third parties on your behalf.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your workspace's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the Service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control, including outages of third-party providers Ryvon depends on.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@ryvon.ai. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or is used for unlawful or abusive purposes.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryvon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by AI-driven workflows or calls you configured.

10. Changes to these Terms

If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ryvon AI's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will name a specific jurisdiction here once finalized.
